The Everyday Fam – Summer Enrichment 2025 Service Agreement

Welcome to The Everyday Fam’s 2025 Summer Enrichment Sessions. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your child’s registration. By completing checkout, you agree to the following:

1. Program Overview

Each Summer Enrichment Session is a four-day educational experience held in Freeport, Florida. Sessions are led by The Everyday Fam and Green Dot Art Spot, combining hands-on learning in cooking, science, art, and creativity. Sessions run Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Sessions are designed either for ages 6-8 or 9-11, depending on the date.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All registrations are non-refundable. Your payment secures limited spots, supplies, and staffing in advance. If your child is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, we will do our best to transfer your enrollment to another available session during the summer. However, we cannot guarantee availability or offer credit/refunds beyond this effort.

3. Attendance & Participant Responsibility

Parents are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. Children should arrive with a water bottle, snack/lunch, and sunscreen. All other materials will be provided.

Parents must complete a participant intake form immediately following checkout to confirm session selections, share allergy/medical needs, and sign a separate liability waiver. The intake form is required to hold your child’s place.

4. Liability Waiver

By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree that The Everyday Fam, Green Dot Art Spot, and their educators are not responsible for any accidental injuries, illnesses, or incidents that may occur during participation in the sessions. Children will be under supervision at all times.

5. Media Release (Optional)

You will have the option on the participant form to indicate whether The Everyday Fam + Green Dot Art Spot may use photos of your child in promotional or educational materials. This is optional and will not affect participation.

6. Step Up for Students Reimbursement

These sessions are may or may not be eligible for reimbursement under the PEP program through Step Up for Students. It is your responsibility to submit the proper documentation for reimbursement, which is not guaranteed by The Everyday Fam no Green Dot Art Spot. We are happy to assist by providing a PEP friendly invoice upon request.

Register for The Everyday Fam's 2025 Wonder Sessions

You're Almost In!

Secure your child’s spot in our 2025 Wonder Sessions, summer edition! These take place in the Hammock Bay Lake Club in Freeport, Florida. Each session runs Tuesday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, designed for children ages 6–11, and is led by experienced educators from The Everyday Fam and Green Dot Art Spot.

Registration Details: 

Each 4-day session is $320 and includes all materials.

You may register for more than one session or multiple children by adjusting the quantity below.

Example:
If you’re registering two children for two sessions each, select “4” in the quantity box (2 kids × 2 sessions = 4 total sessions).

After checkout, you’ll be directed to complete a short participant form to provide details for each child and select their sessions.
